The Louisiana Renaissance Festival has a low turn-over, therefore has few openign each year.  Most of the 100 merchants that hire local will ask the festival for a list of people interested in working the Faire.  We create that list each october, by collecting applications.  You can put your application in at the Renaissance Festival Office, in October.  We will provide a link to the application in our monthly newsletter.  To start receiving our monthly newsletter please sign-up for the Monthly eNewsletter at http://eepurl.com/gXpH.  We encourage merchants hire from the list volunteers first.  To find out more about volunteer cast positions click here.  To volunteer on a more casual basis check out the Gatherings.
